Note: 1. Due to the difficulty in determining the true pH value under the purity of primary and secondary water, there is no regulation on the pH range of primary and secondary water.
The conductivity of primary and secondary water needs to be measured online using newly prepared water.
3. If ultrapure water above first grade is stored in a regular container, the water resistance of ultrapure water will rapidly decrease due to the entry of soluble gases in the air and external impurities.
4. Due to the difficulty in determining oxidizable substances and evaporation residues at the purity of primary water, there is no regulation on their limit
